Dan Spaulding has spent more than 25 years leading commercial organizations at the intersection of consumer products, technology, and global retail. His career spans C-suite and VP-level roles at companies including Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation), Solutions 2 GO, Procter & Gamble, KitchenAid, and Kraft General Foods — building a track record of driving revenue growth, transforming go-to-market strategies, and delivering results at scale.

At Sony, Dan served as VP of North American Sales & Planning for the PlayStation business and chaired the Global Commercial Operating Group — a CEO-level body responsible for worldwide GTM strategy, pricing architecture, and cross-regional commercial alignment spanning North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific markets. This role required navigating the complexity of a Japan-headquartered global organization, aligning stakeholders across cultures and time zones, and translating global strategy into regional execution.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Dan has led business model transformations that more than doubled revenue, navigated major industry disruption, and positioned companies for successful acquisitions.
